Your payments are made through the completely secure Sagepay website
which is fully approved to the latest industry PCI DSS security standards (we don't see your card details).
Alternatively, you can choose to pay by Paypal, also with total security.

FREE packing and delivery of all retail orders in the UK - or optional extra expedited delivery
Please telephone if you have an urgent, critical required date to confirm stock etc is available.
We endeavour to meet all required dates shown on customer orders - or will contact you with alternatives.
Most orders are despatched 2 to 3 working days after receipt. Please note - the despatch date is not the delivery date! Although we make every effort to ensure the order is delivered promptly, we cannot accept responsibilty for unforseen delays by post or carriers!
You can select to add EXPEDITED DELIVERY (extra cost) during the checkout process for urgent orders. These orders are shipped by Special Carrier or Post Office Special Delivery - also we prioritise your order through our admin, production and despatch systems
 Delivery Method
Larger UK orders are despatched by carrier for delivery next working day to most parts of the UK. Highlands Scotland , N Ireland, offshore islands and smaller items are sent by postal services.
MANY UK DELIVERIES REQUIRE A SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY - PLEASE ENSURE YOU ADVISE A DELIVERY ADDRESS WHERE THE PACKAGE CAN BE SIGNED FOR (PERHAPS YOUR WORKPLACE OR A NEIGHBOUR)
IF THE CARRIER MAKES 2 ATTEMPTS TO DELIVER AND NO-ONE IS AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGE, AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE WILL BE MADE FOR THE THIRD DELIVERY.
Deliveries to other Countries are by airmail.
 Outer Packaging
It is our firm policy to always recycle postal/shipping cartons whenever we can. Your order may arrive in an outer carton we received from a supplier or similar which means both of us have made a contribution to saving the environment! (Note this does not affect inner cartons/gift boxes which are all new).
How to order
USING THE SHOPPING BASKET
To order any item, just click the 'Add to basket' button next to the item. You can change the quantity before you click. Each time you 'Add to Basket' you will be taken to the shopping basket page which shows the items ordered and prices.
You can review the contents of the shopping basket at any time by choosing 'review basket' on any showroom page.
You can always remove an item - or change quantity - from the shopping basket by changing the quantity shown (change to zero if you want to delete the item completely) then press the 'recalculate' button. Then you can choose to continue shopping or pay for your order.

PAYMENTS
When you have finished your order press the 'Go to Payments' button on the shopping basket page. You then see a page to enter your details and advise a delivery address (if different to your own address). Then click Continue and you will see an order summary and the choice of payment
By credit/debit cards through Sagepay - select this and you will be taken to the totally secure Sagepay website for card details.
By Paypal - select this you will be taken to the Paypal website where you can either use your Paypal account or enter your card details.

After you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email almost immediately with full details of your purchase.

Ordering from the UK
FREE packing and delivery of all retail orders in the UK
Simply add the items to your shopping basket and place the order. The total price shown is the price you pay! When you have completed your order go to the shopping cart and click the 'go to Payments' button. When you have entered your address details, click 'continue' and you have a choice of paying by credit / debit card on the SagePay secure, encrypted system - or by Paypal.
We do ask for a minimum order of 5.00 UK pounds due to credit card and bank charges.
Ordering from other Countries
We send all orders by air which ensures delivery to most countries in a few days.

Additional Shipping Costs for Other Countries.
We charge an additional amount for shipping just to cover costs. We will advise the shipping cost to you by email and wait for your approval and payment before despatching.

Prices in other currencies
Credit or Debit cards - we can accept payments in UK Pounds only, your credit card company will convert automatically from your currency and will normally charge just a nominal amount for their conversion costs.
Paypal - we accept payments via the shopping basket in UK Pounds (GBP) only. When you select Paypal as you payment option, the Paypal screen will show the total cost to you in your currency (this is the simplest method of online payment showing exactly the amount you are paying in your own currency).
Terms of Sale
Orders
Orders may be placed by personal visit, telephone, letter, fax or via the web store SSL order system. You can also email orders and telephone credit card details (or ask us in the email to phone you for card details).
To order by telephone or fax - just advise the item reference numbers and your card details.
Postal payments may be made with credit card, cheque or P.O. (Payable to Living Designs).
A receipt will be included with your consignment.

Delivery
The prices shown on the internet pages include packing and delivery to UK destinations. There is an option to select prioritised UK delivery in the shopping basket. Please see Ordering Information above for shipment costs to other countries.
We normally despatch orders within 5 working days for stock items and items advertised on the web pages are usually in stock. 90% of orders are despatched within 48 hours. If we have a temporary shortage, we will contact you to advise the anticipated delay period.

Cancellation and Returns
For non-personalised goods, you may cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods. Please return them to us and we will exchange or refund payment within 14 days after receipt. Personalised goods are not normally returnable - please contact us if you wish to return and we will make every attempt to resolve the problem.
Please advise any damage or shortages in your delivery within 7 days of receipt. We will exchange or refund payment within 14 days after receipt for goods deemed to be faulty or damaged when we receive the returned items. Personalised and perishable goods are not returnable.
When returning items, please ensure they are securely packed and obtain a 'proof of posting' certificate from your Post Office or carrier.
This information is also included with the consignment.

Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

We will send you the following: - an acknowledgement of your complaint within 3 working days - a full reply to your complaint within 14 days (within 7 days by email) If, for some reason, we cannot deal with your complaint within these time limits, we will give you a reason for the delay, and a date by which your complaint will be dealt with.
