Orders
Orders may be placed by personal visit, telephone, letter, fax or via the web store SSL order system. You can also email orders and telephone credit card details (or ask us in the email to phone you for card details).
To order by telephone or fax - just advise the item reference numbers and your card details. We have a printable order form for your convenience.
Postal payments may be made with credit card, cheque or P.O. (Payable to Living Designs).
A receipt will be included with your consignment.

Delivery
The prices shown on the internet pages include packing and delivery to UK destinations. Please see the Ordering Information page for shipment costs to other countries.
We normally despatch orders within 5 working days for stock items and items advertised on the web pages are usually in stock. 90% of orders are despatched within 48 hours. If we have a temporary shortage, we will contact you to advise the anticipated delay period.

Cancellation and Returns
You may cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods. Please return them to us and we will exchange or refund payment within 14 days after receipt.
Please advise any damage or shortages in your delivery within 7 days of receipt. We will exchange or refund payment within 14 days after receipt for goods deemed to be faulty or damaged when we receive the returned items. Personalised and perishable goods are not returnable.
When returning items, please ensure they are securely packed and obtain a 'proof of posting' certificate from your Post Office or carrier.
This information is also included with the consignment.

Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The office is open 10.30am to 5pm every day except Sundays and Bank Holidays.
We will send you the following: - an acknowledgement of your complaint within 3 working days - a full reply to your complaint within 14 days (within 7 days by email) If, for some reason, we cannot deal with your complaint within these time limits, we will give you a reason for the delay, and a date by which your complaint will be dealt with.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
