FREE packing and delivery to UK destinations. Please see this page for shipment costs to other countries.
Except for small items, most UK orders are delivered by recorded post - or heavy items are sent by special carrier.
MOST DELIVERIES REQUIRE A SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY - PLEASE ENSURE YOU ADVISE A DELIVERY ADDRESS WHERE THE PACKAGE CAN BE SIGNED FOR (PERHAPS YOUR WORKPLACE OR A NEIGHBOUR)
IF THE CARRIER MAKES 2 ATTEMPTS TO DELIVER AND NO-ONE IS AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGE, AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE WILL BE MADE FOR THE THIRD DELIVERY.
Deliveries to other Countries are by airmail.
Most orders are despatched within 48 hours - many in 24 hours.
We source supplies from all over the world and endeavour to keep all listed items in stock to despatch within 5 working days. About 90% of orders are despatched within 48 hours. If any item is temporarily out of stock, we will send an alternative (if available) only if it is very similar to the item ordered. Otherwise we will advise by email any items we are unable to send.
Secure Website Ordering
To order any item, just click the 'Add to basket' button next to the item. You can change the quantity before you click.
Each time you 'Add to Basket' you will be taken to the shopping basket page which shows the items ordered and prices. You can review the contents of the shopping basket at any time by choosing 'review basket' on any showroom page.
You can always remove an item - or change quantity - from the shopping basket by changing the quantity shown (change to zero if you want to delete the item completely) then press the 'recalculate' button.
You can choose to continue shopping or go to the secure payments pages. When you have finished your order press the 'go to payments' button on the shopping basket page.
Credit/Debit card payment is on secure SSL encrypted pages at Protx who process our card payments. Most major credit/debit cards are accepted.
After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation of receipt email almost immediately and a further email when the order is despatched.
Ordering by telephone or fax
Just advise the item reference numbers and your card details. We have a printable order form for your convenience.

We have a printable order form for your convenience. Just list the reference numbers and brief descriptions of the items required. Payment by credit or debit card, cheque, Postal Order or International Money Order

Returns and Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods. Please return them to us and we will exchange or refund payment within 14 days after receipt.
Ordering from the UK

We do ask for a minimum order of 8 pounds due to credit card and bank charges.
Ordering from other European Countries
We charge an additional amount for shipping just to cover costs. If the extra shipping charge is 5.00 UK pounds or less - we will add the extra to your order cost and despatch your order as soon as possible. If the extra shipping charge is more than 5.00 UK pounds - we will advise the shipping cost to you by email and wait for your emailed approval before despatching. This is added to the total figure shown in the shopping basket.
We then charge your credit card in UK Pounds - your Bank will convert to your currency at the current rate, which ensures you are only charged the correct amount. Orders are shipped by airmail.

USAOrdering from the USA
We charge an additional amount for shipping just to cover costs. If the extra shipping charge is 5.00 UK pounds or less - we will add the extra to your order cost and despatch your order as soon as possible. If the extra shipping charge is more than 5.00 UK pounds - we will advise the shipping cost to you by email and wait for your emailed approval before despatching.This is added to the total figure shown in the shopping basket.
We then charge your credit card in UK Pounds - your Bank will convert to US Dollars at the current rate, which ensures you are only charged the correct amount.
For information, the current rate is approx 1 UK Pound=1.5 US Dollars.

Orders may be placed by personal visit, telephone, letter, fax or via the web store SSL order system. You can also email orders and telephone credit card details (or ask us in the email to phone you for card details).

Postal payments may be made with credit card, cheque or P.O. (Payable to Living Designs).
A receipt will be included with your consignment.

Delivery
The prices shown on the internet pages include packing and delivery to UK destinations. Please see this page for shipment costs to other countries.
We normally despatch orders within 5 working days for stock items and items advertised on the web pages are usually in stock. 90% of orders are despatched within 48 hours. If we have a temporary shortage, we will contact you to advise the anticipated delay period.

Cancellation and Returns
You may cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods. Please return them to us and we will exchange or refund payment within 14 days after receipt.
Please advise any damage or shortages in your delivery within 7 days of receipt. We will exchange or refund payment within 14 days after receipt for goods deemed to be faulty or damaged when we receive the returned items. Personalised and perishable goods are not returnable.
When returning items, please ensure they are securely packed and obtain a 'proof of posting' certificate from your Post Office or carrier.
This information is also included with the consignment.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.
